There are currently three Directors which are members of the Board of Directors of ScottishPower Renewable Energy Limited. The Board comprises the Chief Executive Officer, one internal, non-executive Director, and one external, non-executive Director.
Pursuant to the Terms of Reference (opens in a new window), of the ScottishPower Renewable Energy Limited Board of Directors, the Board is responsible for the management of the Company and for the formulation and implementation of the ScottishPower Renewables Group’s strategy.
