ScottishPower Renewables has launched an innovative pilot project to reduce its carbon emissions by using waste vegetable oil to help power crew transfer vessels working on its flagship East Anglia ONE offshore windfarm.

In March 2019 East Anglia THREE Limited submitted an application for a non-material change to its planning consent, to the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy (BEIS) which was consented in June 2019.

As part of its ongoing commitment to support local businesses in the region, ScottishPower Renewables has awarded a significant contract to Great Yarmouth-based PPE (personal protective equipment) specialists, Gibb Safety & Survival.
