Initial works have concentrated on establishing the site construction compound to effectively support and manage the execution of the project. Work on the onsite substation platform is also underway.
Turbine access roads and turbine foundation works will begin in early August 2015. With timber felling works within the south of the site due to commence in late August 2015.
The civil built programme is anticipated to run for 12 months with wind turbine deliveries, erection and commissioning works combining to provide for an overall build programme of 26 months.
