The last few months have been a challenging time for everyone and we applaud the adjustments, contributions and amazing support people and businesses have been providing.
ScottishPower Renewables has adhered to government guidelines to minimise the impact of COVID-19 and maintain the safety of employees, contractors and the wider population, and will continue to do so as we look to ease ourselves out of lockdown.
All over the country ScottishPower teams have been working hard to maintain the energy supply to keep the country running. We’ve provided much needed equipment to keep essential services and supplies flowing and protective clothing to support the remarkable efforts to keep us all safe.
This includes our own East Anglia ONE offshore team in Lowestoft, Suffolk, who have donated crucial personal protective equipment in the form of coveralls, gloves and antibacterial hand wipes to local A&E hospital, The James Paget. Chief Executive, Anna Hills, said “As you can imagine the additional pressures experienced during these unprecedented times impact staff health and wellbeing and kind gestures such as this are very much appreciated.”

From everyone at ScottishPower Renewables, we’d like to say a huge thank you to all the carers, key workers and NHS heroes who are working tirelessly to keep people safe through this challenging time.
We look forward to seeing you all in person again soon.
