Glen App

In September 2012, ScottishPower Renewables submitted an application for consent to construct and operate a windfarm at Glenapp Estate, South Ayrshire, consisting of 14 turbines with a generating capacity of up to 32.2 megawatts. The site is located in an area of coniferous commercial forestry, approximately 6 km south of Ballantrae and 4.5 km north of Cairnryan.
